I signed a contract with **** Paluch ******** in August 2022 to run a business ad in my local church bulletin. The ad ran in the month of September 2022. During the month of September 2022, **** Paluch lost its contract with my local church to another publishing company. At that time, the **** Paluch sales representative responsible for my contract told me that I would receive a refund for $190.40. Over the past six months. I spoke with several **** Paluch customer service representatives about the refund issue. On each occasion, they referred me to the **** Paluch accountant responsible for refunds. The customer service representatives provided me with the accountants phone number and email address. I called the accountant several times and I emailed the account several times requesting my refund. In my last email message to the accountant, I informed the accountant that I would notify the BBB if I did not receive a response from **** Paluch along with my refund. As of today, I have not receive a phone call, text message, email message or refund. This is no way to operate a business.Review from ENRIQUE S

I contracted the company to have my business advertised on a weekly bulletin and they kept failing on showing up to deliver, they "issued" credits supposedly that I never received, all of a sudden they announce they are doing it online only, I called to ask for my account cancellation and reimbursement of the remaining balance and they tell me they can't do it because they still have the add online, my customers read the bulletin and that's how they see my add, 98% of customers will not get online to see it!, then they asked me to talk to the church where they used to deliver the bulletins, I did not talk to the church to hire their services, this is very unprofessional and they should respond to small business like mine in a better way no one to respondReview from Roy B

I tried to buy an ad for my blind stepson whose second language is English. The salesperson quoted me a price without any mention of an additional $25 "service charge" When I contacted them abut it, they accused me of being a bully. i apologized for being overbearing and they supposedly accepted my apology. Later, when the ad did not show ** in the church bulletin on the date promised , their customer service rep became very defensive and accused me of calling the company dishonest. Later, instead of helping me to solve the simple cause, she flamed me on email again, calling me "bully" again even though I had already apologized.She reminded me of a Sister who continued to wack a school boy on the knuckles with a ruler after he confessed and asked for forgiveness.Her supervisor and manager have so far failed to answer my complaints about her.

The $25.00 contract set up fee is located on the contract and the total balance would represent the full balance with the $25.00 set up fee.
