The AIM Center's Psychiatric Rehabilitation Program serves adults with a Severe and Persistent Mental Illness (SPMI) or adolescents age 16 and older who are Seriously Emotionally Disturbed (SED). The services include the following: psychosocial rehabilitation, supported employment, peer support, and illness management and recovery. Mission: AIM Center provides consumer-driven psychiatric rehabilitation services to enhance recovery in the living, working, learning, and social environments. Vision. The AIM Center strives to create a community where people with mental illness are completely integrated, accepted, and valued. AIM is certified by the International Center for Clubhouse Development. It provides a "clubhouse" environment where members work side by side with staff and other members to develop the skills needed to take charge of their lives and move forward. AIM conforms to the International Standards for Clubhouse Programs.
