I bought my Silverado there, and every time I’ve gone in for service, it’s been a great experience. Booking the appointment online was a breeze, once I got there, Amy took great care of everything. Halfway home I realized I had left my jacket behind, she made sure it was kept safe until I made it back to pick it up. She was very honest and forthcoming that they had been unable to complete one item on the service list, as their technician qualified to complete it wasn’t there. She made a note that it will be included on the next service. This is my 3rd Silverado and 2nd purchased from this dealer.
