    I purchased a new vehicle from Ledford Chevrolet in Cleveland Tennessee last May 2022. It was delivered from the factory and dealer without a front parking sensor chip. I have patiently waited for updates and information and have received nothing since my purchase. I have contacted the dealership three times and they have told me General Motors has to handle all of The chip distribution. I have not heard from General Motors so I called them. I still have not received any information or a call back regarding when I will receive the chip for my 2022 truck. New 2022 and 2023 trucks are delivering to dealership lots and are for sale on the lot with the chips installed. I think it is fraudulent that they have sold and delivered trucks last year that are still waiting on chips to be delivered and installed yet They are delivering new 2023 trucks to dealerships throughout the country with the chips installed. I would like the Better Business Bureau to put leverage on Chevrolet and Ledford Chevrolet to provide my vehicle and all owed owners with vehicles missing chips to provide and install the respective chips. They should not be shipping new trucks for sale when they owe these chips to people who have already purchased. This is not just fraudulent, but it is also a safety hazard for the current potentially thousands or millions of owners with these vehicles Missing chips. Thank you.
