All was good with the initial tire purchase. After 6 months I had a bad tire. I attempted to contact Tirebyer.com customer service by phone and was on hold about an hour and hung up the phone. I then used the chat function and got things going. After not hearing anything for four or five days I contacted them again. Just like the first time, I attempted by phone then gave up after being on hold for a few hours and I went to the chat function. I got a customer service rep to email me and that seemed to work for a few emails. I filled out the paperwork that was emailed to me and emailed it back then waited. After four or five days I attempted to contact them again through the email provided to see what was going on with the claim with a reply of "yeah we got the paperwork". After another few days and with no word on the tire claim, I called the tire MFG, Nitto Tire. They told me they didn't have a warranty claim filed yet from tirebuyer on my behalf. After a short discussion on what was going on they didn't like how I was being treated by one of their dealerships and said they would contact them. After another four or five days I called Nitto Tire again and they said they were waiting for a call back from Tirebuyer. I then emailed the tirebuyer customer service rep and told him to call Nitto Tire. After 24 hours I still have zero emails from Tirebuyer. This is over one faulty tire that Nitto Tire said is a warranty issue but it has to go through the dealership. I'm pretty angry at this point and request they refund me for the four tires and I'll go buy them from a dealer that will actually take care of its customers.

They take your money, but you get no product. Ordered two tires, got charged $324 the next day. Their site claims 1-3 day delivery, but 24 days later I still have nothing (they got some money though). Asked when I would receive my tires, no response. Asked about a reimbursement, nothing. Had to file multiple claims. I called 4 times in 3 days. Sent four emails (3 weeks later still no response). When I actually spoke to a human, I was assured that they would look into it and call me back. STILL WAITING!
