    Company came out in July 23 to do a leak detection on our sheer wall decent. Was told that it was going to be $650 plus tax to test. They ended up charging me $200 for that which I was fine with. Also gave me a quote to repair for $1,400 plus tax minus the $200 if I had them do it. I did some of the demolition work myself. I wasnt confident in my abilities to dig that section out and wanted a professional to do it. On Monday, Nov 6, 2023, I responded back to ******************* telling her that I needed that section repaired and sent her a picture of what it looked like. *** called me, told me that they had a cancellation and that they could do it that day. She sent me an estimate for $2,000 that included a bunch of services such as leak detection, cut/removal of concrete, repair cut, test on completion, etc. That the $2,000 was an estimate if I was getting all of those services done. The document is labeled estimate and says Estimates are an approximation of charges to you. So I agreed. When the technician arrived, my wife tried to ask him about how much the actual cost would be, however, he didnt speak English. The tech called someone else, but they werent much help. I called *** back and asked her questions about the work and what was listed on that quote. She told me that that was basically boiler point language and most wouldnt apply. Took the tech about two hours work. Got a bill the next day for $1,800 plus tax (which is minus the $200 for the leak detection). I immediately called **** She said that that is their standard fee, no matter how much work they do. So, if they come out and it only takes them ten minutes of work, its $2,000. Never, in all of my conversations with *** did she say that it was going to be $2,000 no matter what. When I originally had them do the leak detection, it was going to be $650, but ended up only being $200. I was expecting the same for this. Why would I do a majority of the work on this invoice to only pay them for it?

    This company came out in May 2021 to detect a leak that we called them to come out and find and to have fixed. I expressed a concern area, where grass is always very wet, the detection was done and I was told the actual leak was way on the other side of the pool. I trusted the opinion as I am not a pool expert and again asked if they were sure it was not the area I mentioned during the initial consultation. The service was scheduled, we paid a couple hundred dollars shy of $4,000.00 to have our pool finally fixed and avoid having to fill it up every two to three days and having our water bill through the roof. I reached out to the office numerous times and asked for the " Warranty" to be sent over numerous times, I finally spoke to the lady in the office and was told that Yes there is a warranty, but they never really put anything in writing and she would get that back to me. I never received it, reached out a few more times to no avail. In June 2021, I start noticing the pool levels going down tremendously overnight, I then start to reach out and sent numerous emails, calls, even texts to have them come back out and see what is going on. The lady in the office answered one email and told me that she will look at the schedule and get back to me with appointment options , this once again never happened. Forward to July 2021 we receive a new invoice for $ 585.00 for a leak detection service, that I never knew about and working from home and being here 24/7 did not see anyone either.The only response I received from the office when I asked when they came out, like an actual date? Why I was not emailed back with appointments to be aware of them coming out? The reply I received from the office " The leak detection sat next to your pool for days before it was done" Really? So once again the trend of no actual information, just a quick dismissive email. This leak detection invoice also stated the exact area that I initially mentioned where the leak might be is now what they DETECTED???!!! 2 months ago the leak detection we paid for did not detect it? Even though I was very clear about the area of concern? I absolutely DO NOT recommend this company and will never use them again and would never recommend anyone else does.
