I have used Shingles Roof Direct, several times for large and small roof projects, such as additions, as well as general roof maintenance. ****** and his team did an outstanding job on my house. Being the first time I bought a house, I did not know what the process of replacing my roof was. First, I noticed that there were some spots on the ceiling, and I was afraid that the water was passing through my top. I contacted Shingles Roof Direct, and ****** inspected my roof. In addition to that, he patiently explained to me the claim process with the insurance company. I made a claim, and it didn't take long for the insurance company to send an inspector to check my roof and approve the complete roof replacement. Everything was ready for ****** and his team to do the job; however, a few days before doing the job, a storm and a tree fell on my house. I called the company Shingles Roof Direct again, and they helped me by doing a new inspection to check the damage. They guided me through the insurance claim process. Thank God everything went well. ****** and his team did an excellent job. I am super happy with my new roof. I took enough time to choose a new color for my roof, and now my house looks much better and updated. I highly recommend this company and its team. After experiencing the quality of his work, responsiveness of he and his team, at such affordable prices; I will not work with another company for my roofing needs. I would recommend Shingles Roof Direct to anyone looking to have their roof replaced. My experience with the staff and ****** was refreshing in today's times. **************** and quality work is hard to find now a days. They did a great job! Shingles Roof Direct was a pleasure to deal with. I called around 4:45pm on a Friday expecting no one to pick up, but instead was greeted by a pleasant receptionist who took my info and said someone would call me to get more details about the storm damage and provide an estimate. Shockingly someone called me later that evening, I sent them pictures of the damage, and had an estimate a few minutes later and an appointment for Monday morning. The work was done on time and at a reasonable price. I wish all contracting companies were this good.
