I lived in this apartment in 2018 and had a lease with my boyfriend as a roommate also on the lease. I moved out when the lease was up and also signed a form stating that I would be moving out. My boyfriend renewed the lease in 2019 and I did not renew and neither did I sign a renewal. I moved to a new address which it show on my credit report in 2019. This company has something on my history saying I was evicted and that I refused to move after eviction. This is not true for me but may be true for my ex boyfriend. I am currently having to move from My current apartment in a emergency but cant get approved anywhere else because of this being on my record. I am currently a single mother with two boys age 6 and 10. If I cant get approved due to this anywhere else We could be homeless, god forbid. Please help me remove this. I dont want to make the company sound bad because everything was okay until this point. I am not trying to start a battle but just want a simple resolution so that my lively hood is not effected. I am asking humbly for mw properties to help me. I believe this was just an honest mistake and can be taken care of if we work together. I only have a month to move. I have tried to call and email the company so this is my last option. I am more than happy to tell the pros of this company ( there are many) when we reach a resolution. Thank you
