I had NelonCole come out and spray for black ants around in my kitchen. They came and completed the service, couple days later I still have ants, I call them back, they say ok well we have a 30 day warranty on our service so they come back service again. Couple days later I still had ants, kept calling and they kept coming around every other week probably for 6 or 7 times just to spray for black ants. The last time they came out they said they sprayed the strongest stuff they had, said it was potent enough for termites. well a week later and I still got ants. I call them and speak with a manager. They inform me that the stuff they used is slow kill and I should give it a couple weeks to work. So I do, after having ants in my dishwasher and in my kitchen for another week I call them back and speak to a manager and she says that the last time they had come that they used the strongest stuff they have and says that there is always gonna be ants and they they can never get rid of ants, just control ants. I dont know what that means, Ive been in several houses that didnt have ants. She said if they come out again that I would have to pay again. I asked her why would I pay to have them service again when they have serviced 6 times already and have failed to get rid of the ants. She said I was lucky to have the service for free for 6 times. I explained that I wouldnt call it being serviced 6 times, Ive been serviced 1 time, they just been out here 6 times in attempt to fulfill my initial service of ridding my home of black ants. I even tried to get them to send me a different tech out here and even asked for a certain tech specifically and was told he doesnt service my area and they the original tech had to care take of the problem. My house is a pretty clean and clutter free home, I could understand me still having ants if I had trash and food cluttered up. After 6-7 attempts the best most awarded pest control company in the Carolinas failed at killing some ants.
