You provided me a quote for an entire home paint job with popcorn ceiling removal. You saw that the living room area was a light green, the office was half mocha and the kitchen was yellow. Seeing the extent of the job you priced the job about ****. I offered ****, you agreed. Your website states that all work is roller or brush applied, your workers spray the entire living room. The job stated that all paint would be supplied, I wanted color in the kitchen, provided the kitchen paint which was a custom blue metallic (2 cans at at ***** from ************ The workers were here 3 days, on the final day, they told us that they needed to apply 3 coats to the walls and we instructed them to call you, with no reply as I assume the was a language barrier to that request and not willfulness.The kitchen was started on the final day even though we explained to you and them, that the job could extend pass the Thanksgiving and we did not mind as long as the job was finished before our guests As I stated to you previously, the kitchen job was HORRIBLE! We assumed the paint had to dry and it would be better. The workers also told us it would be three coats on the kitchen we said we gave 2 cans of the paint so that was ok. Lo and behold I received a call from you stating we needed to pay for the 3rd coats that we done and price would go up to a little over *******. I paid it in full over the phone with you after they left The next day which was Thanksgiving, I saw the kitchen and immediately texted you with pictures of the disaster, we then began to look at the paint job in detail. We had paint on windows, dust and splatter everywhere, the brand new air vents were painted shut, there were missing lights socket covers that were painted to look like they were still there, bedroom blinds were broken, the kitchen paint still had a half can left among other things which we walked to through when we insisted you come to the house to see for yourself
