      We had been happy with the service until the last one. I was home, the technician never performed the service and even though we had reported this, called and numerous emails they still expect us to pay for services NOT rendered. I reported them to BBB to which they never responded to them. Beyond frustrated that this company will not resolve our account for $55. Extremely disappointed and will be posting reviews anywhere available.

      We have been customers of King Green for 5 years and no complaints with their service up *************** fall. In October, the company came to aerate and over seed. The technician walked the yard first, so should have known it was too wet to continue. Their machine tore multiple large holes in the yard plus the neighboring yard. The technician came to the door to tell me he had trashed our back and side yards. After a call to the office, a manager came the next day, threw down a bit of top soil, some extra seed and said he wouldve back in 2-3. We never heard from him again and we had to incur the expense and our time to fix the yard. We have photos of the yard showing this damage. We have been billed for this shoddy work. We have made repeated calls to the main office, and have been told at least six times, someone will get back to us. No one ever does and we continue to be billed monthly.

      We are certainly sorry that any of our customers get less than our normal stellar service. I am not going to say we did not cause some damage in this case. We did cause some ruts in the lawn. Some areas held water more than other parts of the yard and we should not have put the large aerator on it. The crew chief informed their manager of the problem and the service manager was out the next day and made repairs to the lawn. He has done this before and knows the best ways to fix this sort of issues. But these things do take time to recover. Again, I am not saying that the clients did not do some work on their own. What I am saying is that it was unnecessary and, ultimately did not affect the recovery of the damaged spots any more than the repairs we did originally. We offered to take half off the regular price of the aeration as the vast majority of the lawn was done very well and the damaged areas were repaired. We thought that was fair compensation for the inconvenience we caused. Further, our records indicate that we talked with the clients at least three times regarding the matter before they cancelled. But it seems that not liking our answer counts as not answering.To be a good neighbor we will credit the account for the entire owed amount and wish them well in the future.
