              My husband and I have been customers of the Jewelry Stop for over 20 years. We always receive excellent customer service there, whether it's a purchase or a repair. I brought a liquid sterling necklace in to be cleaned. After some time, I had gone in to retrieve it, but **** couldn't find it. We agreed that it was likely misplaced in the store or I picked it up and I misplaced it. Nevertheless, **** offered me a more than generous credit that could be used to purchase another piece. I have referred many people to The Jewelry Stop, and had many good reports from them telling me that they will be returning to the store in the future!My husband, family, and I will continue to be their customers in the future.

              My husband had a ring made for me here at The Jewelry Stop! I had problems with the prongs and took it back a couple weeks to have it looked at! The owner **** even said he had to send it back to ******** to get it fixed again because of the prongs! When I took the ring back in, and said prongs don't feel right, they are sharp! So after about 10 or so months, my diamond fell out! All 4 prongs broke off! I was sick to my stomach and new there was a manufacturer defect! I thought **** would do the right thing and fix it! But no, he said it was my fault and the only way the prongs would break off if I took the ring and stood at a brick wall and ran my ring up and down the wall! Ok, who would do that anyway! So I left the ring at his store for over 8 or so months trying to figure out what to do! I went and picked it up, and he said I can put a CZ in, and it cost me ******! Really, a CZ cost **** and another jeweler said he should of fixed it for free! And the ring should have a lifetime warranty! **** laughed and said what is a lifetime warranty! He said you want a free diamond and he would not put one in! Then I said, you have insurance, he would not file a claim under his insurance to fix my ring! But he would sell me another diamond and charge me! I said it is a manufacturer defect, and he was very rude to me! I will use Sketalls from now own! **** is rude, and what has happened to customer service! I hope others use Sketalls because they back their Jewelry!I am so disappointed at **** and The Jewerly Stop! Never do business there again!******* P

              When all four prongs are missing from the top of a ring there's usually a very good explanation: "Abuse" is the first word I can think of. She tore up the top of her ring during a move. Yes, I charged $200 to rebuild the top of the ring 3 years ago and put in a Cubic Zirconia at the request of her husband. He said when they are in a position to replace the diamond they would bring it back and have a diamond re-set. I said fine. When that time comes I'll credit the $200 service work and get you a very nice deal on an upgraded diamond. I had a beautiful diamond on hold for them for well over 2 years. Suddenly Mrs. * appears in my store telling me she's calling the BBB and Action 9 if I don't replace her diamond for free. At that point I did get a little rude and told her to do whatever makes her happy. I hope she's happy!
