            We purchased two additional pillow CASES on 9/11/22. Contour's website says they were shipped on 9/12/22. NOTHING HAS ARRIVED. Order # is ****** for TWO CONTOUR SWAN PILLOWCASES. Email is: ****************** We are both 82 years old and use the pillows that we previously bought from them, but need these specially sized pillow CASES to properly use them. Please help us get this company to respond and fix this. They spend tens of thousands of dollars on TV ads and sell a variety of related products, so this is not a small enterprise. However, they are not even giving us the courtesy of responding to phone calls or emails or messages. I can't tell whether they are out of business or not. Note that our situation looks like the SAME PROBLEM as another COMPLAINT FILED with you on 10/22 against this company, EXCEPT THAT WE WERE NOT EVEN GIVEN A TRACKING NUMBER on our order. Here's an excerpt from that complaint:"Looking for items I ordered..It was paid for and shipped on 9/21/22..They give tracking numbers but shows no movement at all after supposedly creating labels to track package..Tracking does not give any info...Called several times at 800 # and local number.Just get answering machine and no calls back.Emailed customer service several times no responses...Horrible customer service..I am at a loss."

            I ordered two Contour L pillows recently, and received them both 2 days ago. I have purchased before from this Company, Contour Living, and they had decent pillows I like. This time, both are under-stuffed, especially on one end of each pillow, as if it does not have enough filling in it! I have been using one of these same pillows from them for at least 6 months, and it is still firmer than the two new ones I have.I just called the company and someone, who did not tell me their name (a man) said I would have to pay the shipping back to them before they can send me two new pillows to see if they would be the better filled pillows. If these two pillows I paid for are under-filled, why is this MY problem since to me, they should be considered defective? The man I talked to was blaming it on me and that only I have specific requirements, and not their pillows? Huh? These pillows are under-filled to anyone buying these as only part of each pillow does not have much filling yet I know from experience, these two new pillows are Not the quality they put out normally!I feel it is Very Unfair to make ME pay shipping back since the problem is with their pillows? I did ask for a refund, but I still have nothing from them or the man's name? I thought I would get my money back and go somewhere else, such as Amazon, and buy through them since they would back me up if there is a problem. Why should I be out the shipping as two pillows came in a big box and would cost a lot to send back?Can BBB help with them on backing me up with poor quality pillows I was sent? Both were probably already returned from someone else and sent out to a new customer's orders. I know their quality, and that is not these two UNUSED still in packaging pillows I received on 06 May, 2023. Today is 08 May, 2023, and I did send a text yesterday (Sunday) to them on their website that said they would get back to me, yet they did NOT! I had to call them to reach anyone.
