    Couches are different than show room couches.Not comfortable hard padding or not enough padding. Hurts to sit on for prolong time. Duration of a normal movie.Foot rest on all four of recliner part of couch will not stay up and support weight of legs.Size of couches smaller than show room model, like it was made for children.Cust service/ warranty **** was no help. Told us couches need to break in. They got worst as the couches were broke in. Service man for furniture company came to house could not fix recliners.

    I would like to echo the stories detailed here. I have ordered 4 bookcases from their ****** location. They were able to deliver 2 of them from the store in ****** and *********, TN location. The other two bookcases still have not been delivered. My ordeal started on July 7th just to put everything in context.I am writing this nearly five weeks later and the best they can say is that I might get the delivery 2 1/s weeks from now,In that five weeks I have called at least six times and been able to speak to the salesperson 1 time total I believe. I was told repeatedly that the bookcases would have to be built but as of August 12th I was told that they were now built and they were waiting to arrange delivery.Since I work for a large company and have to arrange deliveries all the time that are even larger than this being told it will take over 4 weeks to arrange delivery to me is insane. Delivery is managed by either the shipper or receiver depending on who will assume liability. In this case it is clear that this company is cutting corners at the cost of their existing customers. Anyone that cared about their customer would have arranged a direct pickup instead of "waiting to load the truck completely". When I spoke to their salesperson I was told on August 12th that pickup would happen early the following week. My brother called earlier this week and they told him that pickup would not be for another 2 1/2 weeks. Which means they either lied when they gave me the date or they have no idea when the shipment will really occur.

    ****************** ordered 2 bookcases that are made to order in *******. Our written statement on custom orders is very clear. ****************** signed his invoice acknowledging these conditions. In large bold font right beside his signature it states, "Production estimates do not constitute a guarantee." We would LOVE to be able to control the operations of the manufacturer and the furniture carrier. But of course, we cannot. We can only communicate the estimates that we are given. Those estimates are estimates - they are not precise and those time frames change. In the supply chain and labor environment that we are currently in, for any custom order to arrive in less than 3 months is fabulous! As for shipping, the furniture industry does not operate like the rest of the world. Furniture moves on carriers that only haul furniture. The logistics of furniture freight move much slower. That process is also one that *********************************************** has no influence over. Due to labor shortages nationwide in the trucking industry, 3-4 weeks transit time has become normal unfortunately. These bookcases are made in *******. The manufacturer will wait for a full 52' trailer to load. We do not have the option of picking these up from the factory in *******. Then they will take that load to a to a terminal in **. From there, it will be broken out for delivery to us. The bookcases may sit in this terminal for a day or two before they are loaded on a truck to come to us. Or they may sit in that terminal for weeks. It is today's reality and there is nothing we can do about that. The manufacturer and the freight carrier give us estimates. Repeatedly, ***************** has been communicated the same estimates that we have been given. It has been made clear that these are estimates and that we have zero control over that process. The freight carrier will not give us a precise ETA to our dock. Therefore, we cannot give the client an ETA. However, once that product is in our hands, we control the process. We will call him within 24 hours to schedule the delivery to him. We have thousands of very happy repeat clients that are the backbone of our longevity. I am certain that ***************** will be satisfied with his products as well.
