I paid $***** for veneers and $*** for whitening. Veneers were placed on my two front teeth, # 8,9. I paid an up-charge for in office whitening to meet an agreed upon timeframe which was not achieved due to Dr. P****'s mistakes. The veneers came back discolored and yellow. Dr. P**** and Practice Manager, Angel B**** said the lab messed up the color. The shape was bulbous and did not fit in my mouth properly due to Dr. P**** not sending the molding of my teeth. The new temporaries placed were too high and tight, therefore causing food to become trapped and a bacterial infection of my gums. The second set of veneers shape is incorrect. My veneers stick out in the front and flare out on the sides. Dr. A****** removed cement from the side and caused permanent damage. Dr. P**** placed my photos on his website for work not completed, therefore; falsifying his work and that of his lab. Dr. P****'s office stated they took my insurance however; that was untrue as Dr. P**** was not in network. Dr. P**** stated my night guard ($***) would be complimentary with the completion of my veneers. When my veneers were completed he stated this would no longer be covered since he had to do multiple corrections. None of the mistakes were caused due or by myself, however; by Dr. P**** and Dr. A******. At the end of treatment he stated he would charge me half the price. That was not the agreed upon amount and is extremely dishonest and deceptive.
