Absolutely awful! I received a call this morning and the representative talked over me. I asked if I could have a letter breaking down these accounts so I can see what exactly I was being charged. She proceeded to tell me you know about these account, you know you need to pay, weve call 32 times and sent letters. Ive not received one letter from this company and they continue to call while Im at work and cannot answer. Disgusting get a handle on your representatives and their attitudes. You will not get a dime from me until I can have a letter stating what exactly is owed!

A lady named ******** was extremely rude and would just speak over me while I was talking, nicely I may add, very unprofessional place, there manager was just as rude, I'm on hospice and they keep calling, I'm not going to ever work again and I can't pay, I'm on hospice, again very rude and treat people like we're dogs, I have to give them one star because it made meParagon Revenue Group Response

I have not lived in ********* for 11 years and yet, they call 4 to 5 times a day for the last two weeks, and leave the same 16 second message. I do not owe anything to anybody. They manage to get through the "blocked number". I have contacted the police department and their fraud division. They are assisting.Review from Wakiya B

Hello, I have been paying a monthly payment to Paragon for my medical bills for the last year. My last payment was on February 28, 2023. Credit Karma notified me that I am under collection by Paragon. I am a student working on my Doctorate and this will enable me to get a grad plus student loan. This collection is the only thing on my credit. I was never notified by Paragon that my account would go to collections. I would like to have a resolution to this matter.Review from Sasheen S

This company was hired by ******************************* as the 2nd company for the same hospital ****. I've paid my bills to the other collection agency already and have proof, but they have this on my credit still as well. How can 2 collections companies have the same bills?!?! I was called early this morning and let them know that I didn't want to give my personal information out, without knowing what it was for, he said that's fine and hung up. Then, in the middle of work I recieved another call and politely let her know that they called this morning and I wasn't comfortable giving out my information. She responded with "No we didnt." I told her that either way I was not comfortable and she interrupted me and told me "Well, you should read your mail." Qmd hung up. I spoke to someone about this lady but I want this resolved. That was incredibly unprofessional and rude. Especially towards someone who is battling illness and is in customer service herself. I would NEVER talk to someone like that and I'm very glad that I don't work for a company that treats their contacts in that manner.Review from Dee (

These people call every single day and I tell him I'm not the person they are looking for but he still calls me to the point where I call the number back and they hang up on me I can I get them to take me off of their calling us I've absolutely no idea why they're calling me and why now they're harassing me I don't understand and I wish they would just stop
