In May or June of 2021 I have dropped off my ******** switch console to CPR for a battery replacement. Before I dropped it off I called CPR and they said a new battery would cost $100. They also said they had a New Battery in stock. After the repair, I got it back and it was working fine at the time. It wasnt long after that I noticed the battery life gotten short and now doesnt seem to last 3-6 hours. The replacement battery that CPR put in lasts for only 30 minutes to 1 hour and 30 minutes. The replacement battery has not been good since they replaced it. Last week I noticed that the ** card reader stopped working and I thought it was odd. So I disassembled the switch to reconnect the ** card reader. I had noticed a missing s**** in the middle part of the metal plate. I also noticed that the foam pad thats supposed to sit on top of the ** card reader connector was missing. I also noticed that the replacement battery that CPR installed in my switch was ********s original battery that only ******** puts in. But the ******** logo was marked off with a sharpie on this replacement battery. I believe its not a new battery since CPR doesnt have access to ********s parts. So if they say Brand New battery it should not be a ******** branded battery. I believe the battery has been pulled out of another ******** switch console.According to CPR website they use BRAND NEW PARTS but the battery they put in mine is definitely not New. I am now having to take it to another repair shop and let them replace the battery. I believe I have been ripped off by CPR for spending $100 on what I thought was a brand new battery and to find out it was not New. I understand its been at least 7 months since the repair but I am not satisfied with the battery replacement. I wish I can get a refund but the repair warranty is already expired. I will never go back to CPR for repairs. This was a waste of my money. I believe CPR does not care about customer service.
