I did butterfly locs at this establishment by Naomi. The hair was so tight at the route it pulled out my hair and also when I got it redone she tied my real hair in knots so it was so hard for the stylist to unravel my hair it also left red bumps all around (something like scabs).Also by the third day the locs was unraveling and coming out .I called them they "fixed" it she actually burned some them it began sticking together and some unraveled again (made it worst). I called over and over they stop answering my calls. This by far has been the worst experience for me and if I could have left no stars I would. I spent $250.00 dollars for a botched bob butterfly locs and hair wasn't included.Going to other stylist they explained that I was robbed and that the length does not cost that much. I drove 45 mins each time to do it.they told me I had to leave a deposit of $25.00 and they told me to be on time for my appointment only for the stylist (Naomi) to be 30 mins late. Then she took 7 hours to complete this hairstyle and also was bad talking her employer for trying to make her stay to do a passion twist and she was in a "hurry" to go to a Jehovah witness meeting. I also wanted a opportunity to speak with the owner and never got the chance. The manager was not understanding of the situation. She also advised the stylist to use crazy glue . I attempted everything to reach out but it look as though they blocked me so I'm leaving this review to inform everyone of the unprofessionalism of this establishment.
