              Let me start, I absolutely love my Hyundai Sonata Hybrid. It has more bells and whistles than any car previously owned. It rides smoothly, gets excellent average mileage, 52+ over the ****** miles driven. Why do I want to get rid of it?Because I do not trust this dealership. In addition to nickel and diming me for services that are not necessary but suggested (unethical) they actually tried overcharging me for their covered "free oil changes". This was the second time since I've owned this car where they ended up adjusting the price because I squawked about it when I caught their dis-honest attempts at milking me. This last time they were going to charge me about $90 until they "granted" me the oil change at no charge. The remaining issue, the first invoice came close to $200 for all the service they provided, but after they removed the oil change and gave it to me at N/C (laughing now) the new total was still $167. They manipulated the figures of the other service in the process. Watch your back!My vehicle came back washed, cleaned and possibly vacuumed. A great service except when they are ripping you off on the other end.While at the dealership waiting for my Sonata, I checked out some of their showroom models. Make sure you check the addendums that the dealership sticks to you. They ran from almost $3000 to over $9000 over the sticker price, which when you see what they "added", you'll realize another gouging.Ugh!

              Scheduled a test drive on a jeep Cherokee this past Saturday. I arrive at the dealer and they do not even have the vehicle available. I was not made aware of this and even drove ********************************************************************* a more expensive car that they actually have in stock! Bait & switch!!!

              I brought my Elantra here November 2022 to get a new coil. They changed it and used an old part! I brought my car to another dealership 1 month later for more coils and they said Asheville used an old part and they sent me a technical service bulletin (TSB) from 2 years ago that Asheville was supposed to use these new parts in order for my car to get its software update. I had to get the new coil in order to do that. I called 2 other dealerships and they couldnt believe Asheville used an old coil. These are hundreds of dollars each! I called Asheville and service **** said they use what they have in stock. I left a voicemail for the service manager and of course got no call back. Do not trust these people and do not bring your car here!

              Worst service department experience we have ever had any where. We took our car in with engine light on for multiple miss fires. They suggested a fuel treatment and when that did nothing they decided we needed new spark plugs but had to order them and it would take a couple of days. We were told that we could continue to drive it until the spark plugs come in. We drove the car home about 20 miles and parked it this was on 2-22-21. On 2-24-22 ****** in the service department said the plugs were in if we wanted to go ahead and bring it in. We took it in the same day but car went into limp mode. We were told that the engine would need to be replaced. they told us the cost would be around $10,000 but they were going to file for a good will warranty. They gave us our first loaner car on 02-24-22 and never called us to update us on anything. The only time we ever heard anything is when we took the loaner car in for service. We asked every time we went in and was consistently told that they had filed for the goodwill warranty but was waiting on Hyundai Motor ******* to approve or deny the good will warranty. we had built trust with these folks in the service department so we accepted their response as being truthful. On 8-20-22 when we took the loaner in for service and was moved to a second loaner car. I asked *********************** flat out have you really filed the good will warranty and he said yes as a matter a fact Hyundai Motors ******* had just requested more info for the warranty. I asked *********** if he had a reference number. He said yes I do have a reference number but he refused to provide the reference number to me. I did not know at the time it was because he could not have a reference number because he never filed for a good will warranty. I called Hyundai Motors ******* and they had nothing in the system for our car since 02-22-21. ********* lied to us for 19 mths. 2 mths after i call Hyundai Motors ******* we get our car back 11-14-22 and still paid ***** dollars.

              The Salesman ****** lied to my daughter about getting the crack in her windshield fixed. He told her that he would take care of with no problems. A few daus later, She called back re: the windshield to be fixed, and spoke with the salesman Kayden. He said I never said that I would fix your window. Also he told her he would get her vehicle inspected, which he lied about that too. He told her not to tell anyone at the dealership because he didn't want to get into trouble. Now her vehicle is in need of brakes. She hasn't had the car long. I was thinking about going to this dealership before she went and bought her vehicle. To buy a NEW car. Not a chance now . I strongly advise that anyone who is interested in going here. Not to
