              On January 10, 2024, I purchased a new washer and dryer set from the Queen City appliance store in Salisbury. I paid a separate fee of $74.94 to have my old set hauled away by the company. I later decided that I did not need their services and requested a refund of the total amount that I paid for the removal. I received an email message from ******************************, the store leader, who acknowledged that I was due a refund. To this date I have not received a refund although I have made multiple trips back to the store. I have contacted the corporate office in ********* and I have sent multiple emails but they have refused to refund my money.

              Horrible service. Bought a refrigerator/freezer and the delivery men were deplorable. They could not speak English and after trying unsuccessfully to communicate with them, they loaded the new refrigerator on the truck and left. My experience in reporting the issue to Queen City ************** was even worse. The delivery was scheduled the next day and the new team was better but they were rushed. One gentleman asked to use my bathroom and one of the door handles on the new refrigerator was not screwed on tightly. To add insult to injury I discovered that some tools out of my garage were stolen. I highly suspect the first team. QC Appliance was unresponsive. Over the years I have spent over $20K with this company, but NO more. I emphatically do NOT recommend them! *****
