      My husband and I had HVAC emergency (furnace went out) and I reached out to *************************** which I found through a local FB group because it was the weekend this was back on January 22. He was able to get it running and he pretty much reported that the furnace was looking pretty good and that we may need a blower part that way the furnace would last us a long time. On January 25th he texts me asking if my husband and I had discussed getting the part and that it would be $410.70 for the part and $125-150 to install and he could do it the next week. So we agreed and he asked me to pay for the motor up front so we venmoed him. We dont hear anything else and a week later our furnace goes again we have two young kids and so of course I reach out to him multiple times and he keeps saying I will call you in few minutes and never does. So we contacted the another HVAC professional and who tried to to fix it with no avail and pretty much said we needed a new furnace. Meanwhile *************************** gets back to us that he has been sick (covid) why he couldnt get back to us. So we shelled out $3800 on a new furnace and reached out to the *************************** that had sold us the part that we would no longer need it and if we could get a refund this was on Feb 2 with no reply. On February 15th My husband called him a few times and finally got a text from saying he was at hunting lodge that he needs to return the part and wait till he gets the refund to give us the refund and that refund for the part would be reduced due to shipping charges/freight etc which we understand(although some other professionals have adviced us that sending it back shouldnt cost him anything) its been another two weeks and we have tried contact him for a refund on the part with no communication given. Hes had our part money since January 25th and refuses to show a receipt, refund us or any evidence that the part was actually bought. Absolutely stalling and keeps saying he needs to get the return money.

      Can I give them less than one star? Home warranty company hired them. Rescheduled 4 times in total. Then finally told ********************* to reassign claim. First he was sick. Then a van breakdown. I asked if I could take the pics for them so the process could move along. I wasnt getting any money out of this and all you would have done is take pics I would have sent you for the first visit. I have had a running toilet for 2 1/2 months that I need fixed. They said no. I said understood. So rescheduled for 5 days later only to be told a job ran over and they couldnt get to me. Promised me to be first two days later. They didnt show at time and every said they did another job first. I couldnt get away at their time however I had an adult who lives in the home there to meet them. ****** made a big deal about it not being me there. Even though it was an adult who lives in the house. Then they started bringing up the picture thing and claiming I was trying to commit insurance fraud. Im sorry fraud with me and I was actually getting money out of it and coming out better. Right now Im in a hole. Plus its costing me money every month for a leaky toilet that they were supposed to fix a month ago. ****** and ***** are liars with bad customer service and worse business practices. Do not use them!
