Wheeler Mission is dedicated to fighting the community-wide crises of homelessness, hunger and drug addiction by meeting each guest's short-term needs through shelter food, clothing and basic health care, and endeavoring to provide long-term programming to help each man, woman and child who passes through our doors affect heartfelt and lasting change in their lives. This programming includes addiction recovery, personal and family counseling, education and job training and coordination of referrals to help each guest get any specialized care they might need in order to become an economically independent and positively contributing member of their family, workplace, community and society.
