The organization focuses on improving the lives of low-income working families. Studies by local subject matter experts and feedback from community conversations help to guide its efforts. The following target outcomes have been determined to offer the greatest opportunity to bring about long-term systems change in the community. Education: Kindergarten readiness, Middle-School life skills, health knowledge, communication and avoidance of risky behaviors; Financial Stability: Financial stability by increasing income, building savings and gaining assets, Resolution of financial crises and plan for household sustainability; Health: Cardiovascular health and prevention of disease.
