Programs

              

GNG helps people in North Georgia find a job, empowering people to take control of their lives and make a meaningful contribution to their society. The organization reports that they believe work plays a crucial role in everyone's life, as work can give people dignity, a sense of accomplishment, and self-esteem, as well as help people relate to their families and to the community. GNG offers opportunity through jobs, job training, and placement assistance. GNG career centers provide access to important job search resources like computers, résumé writing tools, local job listings, telephones, and photocopiers. The centers also host regular recruiting events, employment seminars, and offer software training. GNG training programs prepare people for careers in fields such as retail, financial services, floor technology, healthcare, traditional and green construction, forklift operations, and others.
