Three Reasons Every Organization Should Apply
or Nominate Another for Torch Award Recognition

  1. Introducing the six principles of TRUST! creates the conversations you really want to have inside your organization,
  2. Nominating someone else helps you think about what you really value in others and gives them some immediate, well-deserved encouragement to apply,
  3. When you go through the process of the application you actually complete a very rigorous review of the true character and ethics of your organization. Any one of these outcomes will create real value...and who knows...maybe our judges will see exactly what you see and recognize it with a Torch Award for Ethics!
