Columbus, OH – BBB serving Central Ohio recently announced the re-election of the chair and vice-chair of the Board of Directors for 2017, as well as ten current Board members.
The nominating committee confirmed the re-election of David K. Johnson with Geo Byers Sons as Chairman of the Board, and Betty Clark with CPMedia as Vice-Chair.
Other officers elected to the 2017 BBB Board of Trustees are Timothy Tokish, VP Financial Planning with NiSource as Secretary –Treasurer; David Washburn CPA, Assistant Treasurer; and Doug Shockman, Legal Counsel - Freund, Freeze & Arnold.
Also elected for an additional 3-year member term are: Mike Cash, PromoWest; Dr. Mary Lou Luebbe-Gearhart, Luebbe Hearing Services; Butch Moore, Dispatch Media Group; Lubna Najjar, IL Moda PR; Rob O’Boyle, iHeartMedia; David Specht, The Waterworks; and Joey Thomas, Thomasonian Media.
Voted in as public members representing a particular industry are Mary Bonelli, Ohio Insurance Institute; Glen Bryan, Ohio Wesleyan University; Tom Durflinger, Grove City Police Department; John Gentner, Capital University; and Theresa Potter, Potter Enterprises LLC.
Also nominated to a one year term as an Accredited Business is Brian Brooks, EE Ward Moving & Storage.
