I went to ******** Buy Here Pay Here in March, one week after I had my accident, and my car was totalled. I know it was a "buy as is" but only having this car 7 months I can count on both hands how many times I've had issues with this POS. I've dealt with Buy Here Pay Here's before but never experienced issues before, until now. 2 weeks after getting this car, it broke down and they're trying to blame my boyfriend for this happening. 2-3 weeks later I had to replace my sway bar In June, alone, my car broke down 3x. June 1st, my engine blew and they claim they replaced the engine but 13 days after they "replaced" the engine, my starter finally went out. 9 days later, the car quit running yet again and they told me that it was ground wire. This time the car ran for a little over a month before breaking down and they said that I had wires melted together but yet they supposedly fixed the ground wire to which you would think they would've checked everything. July I was told by Boyd that I need to bring the car back and he would give me every last dime I put into the car because my boyfriend was tired of seeing all the BS I have been going through so he called them and went off. I have horrible credit and working 2 jobs I need a vehicle so I basically declined taking the car back but now that I have called him and told him that I will be taking my car back because this vehicle isn't dependable and I need a vehicle that I can rely on so I don't lose my jobs, he's now threatening to take me to court and sue me. At first, Boyd seemed like he was understanding in the very beginning of the car issues and made a joke about how he's going to come to work and find the car sitting in the parking lot and I was honest with him in July by telling him that I was car shopping. He wants to sue me so I will gladly go to court and present the judge with everything that I have had to deal with when it came to this car

Hi Nancy, Thanks for the feedback. 98% of our customers are happy with our service. There is about 2% that we can never make happy no matter how hard we try. You seem to fit into that 2%. You put over 18,000 miles on the car in 7 months. As we told you when you bought the vehicle used cars do need ongoing maintenance. Very early on we suspected we may never be able to make you happy and did offer a refund. However after 18,000 miles you cannot expect us to not charge you for the use of the vehicle you purchased.
