The best customer service I have ever experienced in my life Columbus Auto Resale is hands down the best the whole experience is phenomenal I just purchased a car there on fri and I’m still in disbelief of how great my experience was I’m a single mother with a teen daughter in college and I really don’t know much about cars but the basic so it makes me nervous but here they made me feel like family I got a wonderful vehicle thank you soo much Cody for taking your time with me and all my difficulties I will never buy a car from anywhere but here I wish I could give more than 5 stars ??Review from JM H

The owner should be concerned about employees. I wouldnt buy a vehicle from someone driving their vehicles without tags. You have some arrogant employee(s) driving young children in the back of an open truck with your business name on the license plate frame. Better be insured extremely wellReview from Beth H

I gotta say, over the years I've been to LOTS of used car lots. Never have I ever had any of them care if they ever saw me again after I gave them that dough. "As is" means just that to most. Well Columbus Auto Resale is NOT your typical used car lot!!! First, they went above and beyond to get me in the car "I" wanted not whatever they said I could have. Secondly, after a few months, I noticed the car had a little leak from the transmission. Freaking out I took it back to them bc I still have 4 more years to pay on this baby! IMMEDIATELY they took the vehicle and had their transmission guy look at it. Thought we had her fixed...but after I got it back she was still leaking.. again, they immediately took it back, fixed the ******, AND even went extra mile and fixed a problem I didn't even know we had.The wheel bearing! I didn't have to pay a ***** and they completely made it right. Now let me tell you... They did NOT have to do ANY of that!!!! They are loyal to their people and they WANT to see you come back and buy again! My boyfriend has a 2015 Jeep and mine is a fully loaded 2014 **** Escape Titanium..WE WILL BE GOING BACK IN THE FUTURE!!! Best car lot out there
