    I paid in full for dozens of trees to be removed and for stump grinding for almost 10K. In order to remove dead trees and to clear an area to grow grass to extend the back yard. This was done on a very wet, rain, muddy, week. I was left with a drive way full of mud that I had to beg and provide pictures to prove that it was extremely bad for them to come back and attempt to clean it. This wasted so much of my time dealing with "proving" the condition they left. This mud ended up on my epoxy garage floor also making a mess due to it not being cleaned immediately. Than as I began the process of preparing the ground for grass 5 stumps were located that were very clearly in this area that was to be flattened out for the additional yard. Again phone calls, text, pictures and just being ignored day after day because they don't want to provide what I already paid for, which was all stumps in the future grass area to be ground down. Also my neighbor cut down about a dozen of these trees and removed them and I didn't get a dollar discount from the original quote which was based on each tree to be removed. Again less work but still the same charge. The condition of the yard was very muddy from the equipment with deep deep groves and I understand how the stumps were left but that is still not acceptable for them to acknowledge it via text at 10pm at night than go silent and ignore me, and not correct their mistake. The text message seem to try to blame me for paying in full as if that wasn't my only option because Im a good person but they fail to complete a job or correct their mistakes.

    One of the most unprofessional companies I have ever dealt with. We used this service previously (about 3 years ago) and were happy with the service. I even gave them a glowing review. That all changed when we tried to be repeat customers several months ago. I have never such a runaround as this company put us through (and I deal with a lot of service companies). Called to get a quote for continued service for trees on the property, we liked their work before, and wanted to go with them again. I was requested to send pictures and describe what we wanted done. Talked to their office and was told I would have a quote in three or 4 days. I also explained on the phone what needed done as we viewed together on the phone the pictures I had sent. I was requested to send some additional pictures in describe in greater detail the work we wanted done, which I did. Heard nothing back, so I called. I stated I wanted to be on the property when the owner came out to the property (which I requested they do, so they see what we needed), and was told he had already been out there and they would get me the quote. It never came. I continued to communicate with the company and continued to get a runaround. They would state they would call me that day, and never did. Then they said they were sending someone out to the property to scope out the work (wait, I thought they already did?). Silence. I tried contacting them several more times, the final time just asking them to give me a yes or a no if they were interested in our business. Nothing. My initial request began in July, and to this day, I never heard back from them. I guess they did not mind me wasting my time meeting all their needs, for them to just not respond or provide any semblance of customer service. I don't know what happened to the company I thought I knew, but they are totally mismanaged and completely unprofessional. Obviously they do not care!

We do agree with your complaint, that we dropped the ball handling your calls correctly. We have been struggling with having the work force needed and are addressing the problem aggressively. We understand everything you have shared with us. Please know that each and every customer is very important to us. It is our customers that keep us in business. We have strived to maintain a reputable family owned business for 40 years. It is as important to us now as it was from day 1. We appreciate the time that you spent to share this with us.
