As a small woman owned business we rely heavily on our vehicles both daily trucks and backup trucks. Recently our backup truck went down and we had it towed to two brothers automotive. We were told the motor was blown and it would be over 4k to have it completely rebulit with a full 1year warranty. We decided to have it rebuilt because the owners father loved The truck is an 83 Dodge D350 with a 360 motor. This classic was purchased with 49k original miles from a local university. We decided to invest in the rebulid and use the truck only for covering another truck if it went down or for any busy times when a backup truck would help alleviate getting behind. The rebuild was done approximately 30 days ago and come with a full 100% warranty. The odometer is not working so from day 1 when my father used the truck he kept mileage records when used and currently have just under 750 miles. The problem started after we agreed to have it rebuilt, we were told the rebuild would take 4-6 days to complete 1 day motor out, 1 day rebuild and 1 day re install and check. They allowed a few days for any unseen problems.A week passes by and nothing heard. I called them direct and asked for an update and why nobody called me??? I was told they were short staffed and most parts were in and the other part they were waiting on would be in within a few days. I wasnt happy but things happen so i said ok no problem. Another week goes by and I called again to see when i could pickup the truck and was told the parts were not in they were waiting on a couple mounting bolts and they were good to go. Again now we are week there and im not happy so i called in and asked for a supervisor and a rude lady picks up the phone and says shes the owners wife the *** FAST FORWARD Had truck less than 4 weeks truck motor blew up now owner says it was our fault and will not cover 1 year warranty. it was not our fault it was their bad work that caused the motor to blow.

If I could give 0 stars, I would. ****** is a very bad face for this company. Not only does she perform illegal activities, she is extremely unprofessional.

Well, after reading the reviews, I think those folks went to another two brothers. We had a completely different experience. They helped us out of a big bind and replaced two batteries and an alternator and got us on the road in about two hours. **** explained to us every step from diagnostics to what was needed and got the job done. We found 2 Brothers to be honest, competent and respectful. If I lived in Columbus, they would be my go mechanic.

These people are, first and foremost, completely rude, unprofessional, and full of it. From the moment they towed my car in they were blaming misinformation on THEIR END on me. I asked for a battery check, I asked for a tire fix, and I asked them to investigate a noise. They charged me $1255.75 for this. They did not fix the noise. When I came to pick up the car THEY HAD NOT EVEN FIXED THE **** AS ASKED. I asked, "Did you fix the tire," and then they pulled the car back into the garage and fixed the tire. When the noise was still present and OBVIOUS (2BROTHERS clearly did not even drive the car around the block because they DID NOT FIX THE ****) I asked for a second opinion at another garage I HIGHLY RECOMMEND called ALTERNATIVE AUTO CARE. They are honest and thorough and found the noise that 2Bros said was "a lose exhaust we welded for free." Well. The noise was actually the entire frame of car...which is rusted. The other garage said, "This repair would cost $3200 and that is more than the car if worth. We do not recommend further repairs."When I called 2 Bros to tell them this, and to ask IN WHAT WORLD would they miss a totally rusted frame, they said:"The other place must be lying. Bring it here, we have 31 years of experience. We did work on your car for free. You self-directed all of the repairs. This is your fault. You did not tell us to look at the frame. You said there was a noise. We fixed a noise." Then they said "we didn't actually charge you for most of the repairs" which is nuts considering I essentially paid $1255 for a battery replace and a nail in tire. The receptionist, ******, is nasty, interrupts constantly, is clearly always on the defensive because...yeah. Must be hard having to always defend such incompetence. Then ****, the ****** got on the phone to shout over me and first say that the other garage refused service not because they are better, moral, kinder people, but because they "lie and don't know what they are talking about." Then he again said this was essentially my fault because i "self-directed the repairs." Apparently **** thinks his customers should also be mechanics. Or psychic. Or able to be specific about noises when they ask for MYSTERY NOISES TO BE INSPECTED.In what world would a garage refuse to service a car AND LIE ABOUT IT? IN what world does a garage with "31 YEARS OF SERVICE" mistake a rattly exhaust for A WHOLE RUSTED FRAME? And! This car is a danger. My life was in danger because they do not know how to do their job. These people are ridiculous. They did not listen, they did not seem to give a s*** at all about helping others--rather, they wanted to be right and talk over me. I would also bet money they don't treat male customers this way. Absolute trash. Abandon your car on the side of the road before ever considering taking it to these knuckleheads.
