    We purchased our pool from AAA last year and it was installed/completed in late July/early August 2021. When our pool was opened on April 27, 2022, there were several issues: - the Intelliconnect system (a remote system that controls the lights, heater, pump, etc). was not working fully; we could turn the pump off and on, but were not able to control the heater or the lights; AAA did come out in August of 2022 and the issue was resolved, but as of last week it is not working again - part of the pool liner was coming out in one corner (that has been fixed) - the pool ladder is rusting - we paid an extra $3,500 to have a concrete border that edges the pool (instead of a standard white plastic border) that is chipping on approx 16 sections (about a third of the entire border size; we have pictures) and varies in color (should be a consistent dark gray), every time it rains there is more chipping and we continue to find bits of concrete in our pool and in the filters We have consistently called and emailed AAA since the pool was opened to get service for the broken things and to talk with Earl (the owner) about the concrete border issue. As of today, our list of issues (minus the liner - the second bullet point above) remains the same. We have email documentation of all correspondence with AAA.

    06/25/202 We had a pool liner bought and installed through this company which half of the installation cost was paid upfront in June of 2021, liner was promised to be installed in August 2021. Many calls to the company were of no use as their customer service ***** and all we got was run around. In March of 2022I got fed up went to the store on maple Ave only to find out the order for the liner was placed for the manufacturer in October 2021, the liner was manufactured in December 2021. We were asked to schedule an install date we agree for May 30 2023. Two days before a guy comes in the evening no one was at home, drained the pool into the neighbors yard and flooded , they called us and redirected the water into our backyard. The next day the old liner was removed and we were told removal of the liner would be extra. We declined and took care of it ourselves. Then we replaced the extra pieces around the pool including the light fixtures even though we could not be given an exact price by the installers. When the work was completed, we had to clean the yard due to the trash. (screws, plastic, etc.) When we received the **** for the extra parts we were overbilled. All the parts were already agreed in the original contract We went to the company and they assured us that will be adjusted. After liner installed the next day called the company and informed about the liner coming out. The tech came and used a heater adjusted and left, two days later wife went into the company told them its the same problem, the answer is we have you in schedule and we will get there when we get there. Its been two weeks and called AAA as it became apparent that they will not come We were told to speak with one of their employees, I said I wont pay the remainder until the job is done right, I was told to contact the account department. We will not pay the **** until the jobs done right and a written under taking by the company for the warranty and compensation for all the grievance.

    We do our best to take care of every customer that walks through our door. Every customer is important to us. We strive to provide excellent customer service with good quality service products. We do our very best to take care of issues in a timely manner with the resources and employees available to us at the time.We do our best to get every customer liner in as quickly as we are able, we did not prepare for the companies that we order liners from to take longer than expected due to Covid last year. Plus the labor shortage that caused us to be short staffed. All of our schedules are based tentatively due to various factors including weather. The customer received everything that was stated in the contract he signed and has been billed for the extras that he asked for and/or needed to finish the liner install. We try to pick the best place to drain the water. Here we drained the pool water into the ***** behind the pool. Unfortunately we do not remove liners, but will fold them up and put them where the customer want us too. The liner did pop out due to the pool coping being old and worn out. We did go out and fix this and put in liner lock at no charge. We love our customers and try to do the best work possible. And when things happen, we do our best to correct it as soon as we are able.
