After interviewing and getting quotes from several companies, we decided to hire Home Improvements Unlimited to finish our basement. Although I had read the numerous positive reviews they had, I had never worked with the *** team directly or knew of anyone who had. However, after our first meeting with ***** to discuss the project, we knew we had made the right choice in our contractor selection. ***** was so easy to work with. He listened to our vision for the project, provided many valuable suggestions, and together we developed a floorplan layout that we couldn't be happier with!The construction phase was just as good, and everyone that took part in the process was on-time, hardworking, and paid attention to the details. The ************************, was so easy to work with and made sure everything was being completed to our expectations.***** and **** were able to easily accommodate several change orders we had midway through the process. I know how much contractors cringe when homeowner's decide to make changes after construction is already underway, but neither ***** or **** gave us the impression that our changes were an inconvenience. In fact, they always had a "can do" attitude through then entire process.We can't say enough good things about the *** team! They paid attention to the details (not all contractors can make that claim), kept us well informed of everything going on throughout the entire process, and they went above and beyond to ensure we were satisfied with everything!!!The *** team is a top-notch group to work with, and they'll be the first ones I call when we decide to do more home renovations!Thanks, ***** and ****!!!
