If you have a choice, use another company. Cardinal's customer service is terrible. We received a feeding pump that was broken right out of the box. We contacted them immediately about rectifying the situation. After being bounced around to a couple different departments, and an argument when the rep insisted we aren't in their system (we are a company who orders from them frequently), we spoke with someone. Instead of replacing, they insisted on doing a repair - which they are in no hurry to get done. They received the broken equipment weeks ago and can not give us any update on where it stands in the repair process or any estimate of when it will be completed. This is a feeding pump. This is not a luxury item. This is a necessity for the patient to eat. If I could leave a negative star review I would.Review from Peter M

What's Cardinal Health's strategy? Well, I don't think buying sterile wooden tongue depressors Made in ***** has patients health in mind, but it does have Cardinal's boardroom in mind. Looked down at a tongue depressor package at ****************************** in ******** and was utterly astonished to see the Made in ***** stamp on the package. Pathetic. That decision must have been made by a former **************** manager. You see what that kind of thinking did to that company. I wouldn't that trash in my child's throat.Review from Tammy S

Cardinal Health At Home is one of our suppliers for tube ************** and DME items. Lately they have been doing a lousy job! I've placed orders that they do not submit until days later (because their website was having maintenance done & wasn't available to use). Orders that are placed come into our warehouse wrong. They ship us items we didn't order and don't send what is ordered. I spend more time on the phone trying to get things fixed that I didn't mess up. None of our other suppliers are this difficult to work with!!Review from Kyrah T.

if you are contacted about a data entry job from them, DO NOT TAKE THE *** OR DO ANYTHING THEY SAY. they will steal your identity and your money. if you are offered a job from them, screenshot your conversation and report all people associated immediately. once again, DO NOT GIVE THEM YOUR INFORMATIONReview from Lori R

This isn't a review. My sister and I tried to gain employment from this company. Work at home data entry. Between us we have 40 years of secretarial experience...typing...data entry. I currently am employed doing data entry. Neither of us were hired.The whole process took a couple months. We were both interviewed via phone. It just seemed strange. The interviewer said we were great candidates and that they were interested. It ended up seeming like they were just interested in getting our personal information. Luckily we didn't give our SS#. Just felt like it might need to be reported to someone. It would have been the perfect job for both of us.
