              BBB transcribed from hard copy complaint form: Th pattern in the carpet started wearing down about 1 1/2 yrs ago. Plus when you walk on it and touch anything metal I would get shocked. I went to the company and sent sent a worker out to checked it and he said that the carpet needs to be replaced in the family room.

              Chose Karastan carpet for bedroom. There were install issues. *************** stopped by and agreed to order and reinstall new carpet. The new carpet had a very obvious flaw. I sent pictures and emails/texts to customer service who agreed and were in touchuntil they werent. After 3 months of trying to get assurances in writing that they would take care of it, they stopped contact. I kept records15 calls and emails. No response. So I disputed the purchase on my credit card. The next day I had a lien on my home.My attorney sent my photos and emails to them (again.) The next day customer service finally called back to schedule new install. The third install was fine.This was 10 months of misery dealing with these people. I was patient. Never asked for a discount. Understood the install and flaw were out of their control.Ive been instructed by *************** to bring a cashiers check over in order to get the lien off my house. I will.What a way to do business.
