We ordered a $22,000 kitchen and this was the company that was tasked with delivery. They have had this kitchen according to the manufacturer for a long time. They will not return calls to the manufacturer, to Lowe’s, or to us. At this point we have yet to recover either the cost or the kitchen with no end in site. They were also declared unoperational in 2021 and never declared reopened. How Lowe’s ever chose them for the shipping company is beyond negligent.Review from Maxwell M

Broken item that has still not been repaired. Company has put it on us to follow-up and reach out to another company going on 4 months now. Movers were great, this review is about management. Once they have your money you are last on their priority.Just had a 3rd party that was scheduled by this company to come out and attempt to fix. Was charged $160.00 and not resolved. Now out the broken appliance and additional service fee.Have continued to call every week and leave a VM with # &n address with no response.Review from Pete

My experience was mixed. AMSS showed up on time, and generally took care of business. Movers were polite, clean, and efficient.Along the way, some of my furniture was damaged, especially one antique table with all four legs torn off. AMSS said they would fix it. They brought to my house two weeks later ... still damaged. They took it back, and brought it back after two more weeks and assembled it in our house. I picked it up to move it a few inches and one of the legs fell off. Clearly not repaired. Attempts to communicate with AMSS have produced no response. They are clearly not interested in resolving the situation.Unprofessional behavior. And ... while the speed of the move was nice, I would trade speed for better care with my belongings.Review from MT

I can't say enough good things about these guys. I have contracted them for two different moves. ******** ****** and *** are the hardest working, friendliest, and most considerate guys I could have hoped to have doing the job. I was in awe of how quick and strong these guys are. They loaded and unloaded in half the time I would expect. The cost was exactly what I expected. Nothing was damaged, even though they were hustling. They went way above and beyond what I expected, and I am so grateful for their hard work and great attitudes. Thank you again guys!
