Terrible customer service. I was scheduled for an appointment for fingerprinting at 11am today. I got a phone call from the fingerprinting vendor saying that my appointment had been cancelled at 10:55am WHILE IN THEIR PARKING LOT. Being understanding - I called the Pak Mail location and asked what the issue was. He told me the guy who does all the fingerprinting wouldn’t be in until 1pm. I asked if he could do my fingerprinting this afternoon and the employee told me probably but he wasn’t sure if they could technically do it without the appointment being booked on the system. I called back at 1pm and the guy - I believe he said his name was Kevin - told me he’s not fingerprinting today. I explained that I was scheduled for 11am but that the appointment got canceled and that it was really important to be done today or my start date would be pushed. He then says with a snarky attitude that his machine is down. I asked to speak to a manager since he had been rude the whole interaction and he says sarcastically “ya hold on - oh wait I am the manager” I asked again if he had a superior and laughing at me he just kept saying no. All of the sudden a woman Darcy jumps on the phone and says they are co owners together and that they don’t like to do the fingerprinting because of “bitches like me” who constantly “yell at them demanding they finger print us” and if they “don’t feel like it they don’t have to”. She then says Kevin had a medical emergency this morning and that rude people like me refuse to be understanding. I then explain that I was beyond understanding and he lied and said the machine was down. She said “we don’t owe bitches like you any explanation” and then hung up on me.
