I hired Online Janitorial Services for 4 man-hours of house cleaning. I was told this meant 2 cleaners for two hours. We agreed they would arrive for a 11:00am appointment. I would leave the house to give them full access. I arrived home at 1:30 and the cleaners were still there. I left and returned 20 minutes later and the cleaners had left.My very small condo has 6 rooms (2 bedrooms, 1 living room, 1 dining room, 1 kitchen, 1 bathroom).The condo smelled strongly of chemicals The cleaners arrived far past the appointed time. There is no way that the little amount of work took any more than one hour and they were still there at 1:30pm They certainly had not been in my home for the agreed two hours.Neither bedroom had been cleaned None of the living room furniture had been moved to clean. All floors are wooden and the furniture is on sliders Portions of living room furniture had not been dusted Neighbor pointed out a bag of garbage left on front porch So, for two hours and a pre-paid fee, I got floors partially mopped, a 12 x 4 kitchen cleaned, a 6 x 8 bathroom cleaned and a vacuum run over the some of the floors??They claimed they did not clean the bedrooms because the doors were closed. Yet, they came through closed entry doors to the condo. They never contacted me during the clean nor say anything when I arrived home about the bedrooms.They advertising claims *********** commissions seasoned janitorial experts to scrub, rinse, and polish each nook and cranny I find this to be funny as they didnt even clean two rooms Company said I wont redeem your voucher until we come to a resolution. I contacted Groupon to ask for a refund. Groupon emailed saying their client, Online Janitorial Service, had already redeemed the Groupon.Company did offer we could give you a 50% discount on another cleaning, but I do not want anything further to do with this company I would simply like to get a partial refund for the services that were not completed. I feel like I have been scammed, lied to and had money stolen for services I paid for I will hire a new cleaning company to come in and finish the job
