            They basically screwed up my wood floors and then refused to come out for 3 weeks and finally when they agreed at the last minute demanded I sign a waver and did want me to have communication with the workers, that would ensured they corrected everything. They resolved 50% of problems, but never fixed two if my major complaints. I haven't attempted to continue any communications they them and want a partial refund so I can hire another wood flooring company to come to do the job correctly. I have photos and showed the owner and he basically said I was nit picking... and they had been paid in full so I was stuck in having to deal with them. I've attached photos and all the yellow stickers are areas of issue. 75% was hair from the workers that got sealed into the finish of the floor and nails that hadn't been properly tapped into floor. This was fixed but sealing between the wood joints (they refused to fix), and they completely skipped over two of the major areas.

            The owner was rude, changed his timeline several times, admonished me like I am a naive child, took longer than he initially quoted, changed his recommendations for care of the floor after it was done, and put only one coat of varnish on. In addition; he ruined the spindles on my stairwell. The house is historic and the woodwork is all original. Instead of staining the stair treads around the spindles, his guys cut them off the ********. It is almost 100 years old and was in amazing condition and now they are destroyed. I would complain, but he wont take any responsibility for it, just like he didnt when he changed terms on me and it certainly wont put the spindles back in their original condition. TLDR: if you have a historic home, do not trust these guys. They will disappoint.
