I did not confirm my appointment for 10/7.. I showed up at my scheduled appointment time at 8:00 am. I was told it was cancelled because I did not confirm. I tried to reschedule for another Saturday appointment, I was told by the receptionist that I could not schedule for another Saturday appointment because I was unreliable. What type of customer service is that. I work and Saturday is a better day for appointments. So unprofessional to say that to me when they could have easily put me in. I had to reschedule for a work week day.Review from Randy R

I had a great experience at Walnut Creek Dental East clean, professional and not understaffed. They were understanding how nerve racking going to the dentist can be bedside manner very good. I will continue to choose them for all future dental work.Review from Robin S

In 2021, I called and canceled four dental appointments. Of which, two were related to being admitted to ************************ for COVID-19. I was also taken via Ambulance to ************************ for Vertigo.On Wednesday, January 12th, I accepted a dental appointment for Saturday, January 15. I called today, Thursday, January 13 to reschedule that appointment and was told "Because of canceling occurences in 2021, the only way to have an appointment is to call each day to find out what is available." This is disgraceful because I have been a patient at Walnut Creek Dental for nearly 20 years.I have created this post as a "WARNING" to potential and regular patients and Senior Citizens like myself to beware of canceling appointments even when you provide a 48 hour notice. Of course, I have scheduled an appointment with a new dentist office.******************************************

The facts provided by this individual are untrue. Our office policy requires 48 hours notification of a cancelled appointment. If this does not occur, then the individual is assessed a fee. The fee was waived in many instances for this individual. We have documented multiple times through phone calls and communication log reports that the individual in question has missed the appointments she referenced, but for reasons that now differ from her aforementioned list (recorded voicemails, phone calls). The individual was also informed that she was scheduled as an exception and very well knew she was only allowed to schedule the same day of an appointment moving forward if she missed again. Further, the individual filed bankruptcy and had outstanding balances owed and we still allowed her to schedule to which she never attended the appointments. The comments this individual has made are factually untrue and if not removed will result in further exploration of legal options.
