Started with a roof inspection with Ethan and Elliot K***** ******** ***) in late Spring 2023. They worked tirelessly with my insurance for a settlement on wind damage, new roof installed Nov 2023. Service was excellent, Ethan also installed gutter guards and made adjustments. Had two small issues that required finishing (stain touch up on living room ceiling and down spout extension from upper roof). Last contact with Ethan end of Feb 2024, said he was having phone trouble and would get back to me the next day, never returned a txt or call and he was perfect up until that point. Emailed his brother Elliott, never heard back. Made several calls to the office, none were returned. The issues were small and I could easily have someone else finish them if they were busy with recent storm damage. All I need was to know how to proceed. The lack of follow up is concerning should have issues with the roof and require service. They went from full on 5 star rating to questionable. Would like an explanation and assurance they are still in business. Based on the last 2 reviews, appears something has changed recently.
