            We have been customers of Capital City Awning for over 20 years. The staff we deal with face to face are terrific. We have had our awning taken down and reinstalled every year. It started at $50 a year. The last two years it has almost doubled each year. Now they almost $400.We understand labor costs are up and times are hard, but they are hard for the customer too. Their **** is broken down by service. I ask if we could take down our awning and store it, but hire them to reinstall it? No, it is all or nothing. In our case we live exactly 16 miles from them and they added an out of town surcharge, when I know we live closer than many customers that do not get charged this fee.The quality of their awnings is great. The sales staff is great. The guys that come to the house are great. But, when you have to deal with office staff it is not great. Their pricing goes up considerably each year, even before the pandemic.If I were to decide today to purchase an awning I would not consider Capital City Awning as an option.
