Lairs, avoid at all cost. Sent coupons from this specific location and they attempted NOT to honor it. Why send the email and waste my time, bait and switch is not ethical at all. Go elsewhere for service if you value your time and your vehicle.Review from Rob B

Deceptive practices, trade appraisal was false, indicating issues that were not present on my vehicle. Dealer accessories not included in internet price or on sticker of vehicle. Discussed price ( internet price ) over the phone prior to my arrival, buying vehicle based on that price. Sales associate stated it would be honored and even spoke with finance manager to confirm. Price was not honored and they insisted on charging me $5600.00 in dealer accessories, which I couldn't find anywhere ( website or sticker on vehicle ).Review from John A

Terrible dealer avoid at all costs. When i went to close the deal on our new corvette they added an additional $14,000 on top of sticker. No warning they were going to do that. They claimed it was a market rate adjustment because of the used car prices. Also when i asked them about the museum delivery they said they were not available based on a 2 year old email. They left it to me the customer to contact the museum and find out other wise. Stay AwayReview from Danny F

I have been looking at trucks for a few months now just happened to get on Jeff Wyler Columbus **** location Website and found a 2022 ***** Silverado that I liked and it had a Wyler discount of $7011.00 and also $2000 in rebates. went to dealer and spoke with salesman and told him I will take the truck for that price so he went and talked to the sales Manager and came back and said they made a mistake. said if I was serious about the truck they would give it to me for the msrp price. I looked on there Website again two days later and they are still advertising it for the lower price if they made a mistake they should have fixed it already this feels like a bait and switch just to get people in the door and take advantage of them. Over the years I have bought several vehicles from them but I guess that doesn't matter anymore. just want people to be aware of the scheme they are doing!Review from Melissa S

It is disheartening and infuriating when sales reps use deceptive practices to get people in their doors! We had contacted a sales rep of **** Wyler in Columbus about the availability to see and test drive a vehicle listed online. We were told it was at another location in ********** area but they could get it there that night. When we questioned their ability to have it in Columbus that night, restating our location, day and time. The sales rep. reassured us it was possible (We also tried to call the number the sales rep gave us but they did not answer). Once we arrived at **** Wyler, **** Wyler met us at the door and pointed us to the rep we spoke with earlier. After introductions, the rep said the vehicle wasn't there. After expressing our dismay, reviewing our text conversation and stating we felt deceived. The rep "apologized" and said there wasn't anyway they could get the vehicle there that day. He said they would bring it from their other store only once we "punched some numbers, came to an agreement " and had "financing lined up" without test driving or seeing it in person! They did say we were welcome to drive an additional 3 hrs (from our home) to test drive at the other dealership in **********! We excused ourselves and said we were not interested in doing business with them. The sales rep asked for us to wait until he spoke with the sales manager in case he could somehow "make an arrangement". After introductions and reviewing the situation, the manager pulled up the conversation then said, "I can see where the misunderstanding occurred. This happens at least 3 times/week" I'd think if this "misunderstanding" occurs that frequently then you had better check your practices! If this is how **** Wyler conducts business and approves of these practices, I would not do business with them. These are actions of a business without integrity!Review from Michael T.

This company has listed prices on their webpages of **************** on the lot for sale. Once contacted about a specific vehicle the sales manager ***** then increased the price of the vehicle by $5000 for market adjustments, and $3846 for accessories they supposedly put on all vehicles. This in turn raised the price over $8000 and at no place on their webpage did it state this would be happening. The advertised price was $53,770 and the total cost went over $60,000 once their hidden fees were added on. I feel like this is a bait and switch tactic to get someone on the lot and corner them into buying at the over inflated price by scam tactics.I have done some research online and have found other complaints of this dealership adding large fees and adjustments to vehicles multiple times.Review from Brenda P

Very upset about problems with the ***** Silverado. Airbags exploded while driving in the highway. We had to prove ownership to GM. Then they took 35 days to "investigate". No replacement vehicle. After 36 days my son had to pay iver $7000 for repairs.They claim we cannot be reimbursed? We were charged for NEW parts that were NOT put in? Any do we have an Extended Warranty?? In turn my son lost his job because he had NO way to get to work for over 30 days. This is beyond acceptable!Review from Dave W

How can they have an A+ rating when they treat customers the way they do? They sell used cars when they don't have the title, and then you have to spend money to get a lawyer to get a title. I have bought a new vehicle and two used vehicles from them and I will never give them another dime.Review from DAVID G

Went to get a free oil change and was told that they was gonna replace the air and engine filter. But wasn't aware that I was gonna be charged and was charged $189 for $7 to $15 parts that I could've put on myself. Would've been to nice to have it communicated with me so I could've turned down the service.Jeff Wyler Chevrolet of Columbus Response

The price of the service was in fact communicated to the customer. As I was performing a quality check at the time my advisor approached ************ with the price of the service. He was quoted $79.99 per filter. I witnessed him approve the service. ************ paid the **** and signed for the amount he paid. Despite the above I still refunded ************ half of his ****.Review from Scott C

Traveled 2 hours to buy a truck sticker said ******. Went in to start paperwork they said it was going to be ******. *****. Over sticker That would be like going to a store to buy something and price tag said .50 cents and when you get to cash register they say its **** because two people just got the same thing
