Dutro Ford Service Failure, I experienced Very Poor management/supervision at Dutro Ford Service department, I had been getting all service, maintenance work performed on my F350 diesel from 2019 through 2022 at Dutro Ford's Service Department. During the last two years they serviced my truck I keep seeing a few drops of oil under the truck when parked in my garage. All vehicle checkup reports said everything was great no issues found but this had been going on for several oil changes at Dutro Ford. I finally crawled under the truck myself to see if it was only a little oil dripped from the oil & filter changes they had performed. What I found was the bottom of oil pan completely covered with oil that by the appearance had been accumulating over a year from the oil pan gasket leak. I immediately took the truck back to Dutro Ford to have it check and they said yes the gasket is leaking on your oil pan and will cost you over $2000 dollars to fix. I might add conveniently found after the factory Engine and drive train warranty expired. ???. With that I stopped ever doing business with Durtro Ford Service Dept. Curiously the very first time I took the truck to another dealership to have the service done they immediately noted on the report and let me know that I have an oil leak that needs checked under the vehicle. Difference between someone that cared and someone hoping to --- (let you decide).
