1/8/2016 I ordered a firearm from Woodbury Outfitters via the internet on December 23, 2015 at 5:45pm. My order number is ******. Today, January 8, 2016 I still have not received my order. I have called the local retailer who left a message stating that he did not have the package. I have called Woodbury Outfitters at least 6 times. They say the dealer has the package. They could care less obviously. What they call customer service I call excuses. Beware ordering from this company. UPS from Ohio to Houston Texas takes 5 days at most.
This customer had a NEGATIVE experience with this business.
This customer WOULD NOT recommend the business to a friend, family member, neighbor or colleague.

Comment from the Business **** ****, I am following up on a review that was filed against Woodbury Outfitters on 01/08/16 for your recent order #******. Woodbury Outfitters received your order on 12/30/2015 and the package was shipped the next day on 12/31/15. The tracking number was ******************, UPS does not deliver on 01/01/16 for the New Years holiday. UPS attempted to make the delivery on 01/04/16 and the receiver was not available to sign for the package, which is required for this package. Two more attempts on 01/05/16 and 01/06/16 producd the same result. The final attempt of delivery was made and the package was delivered on 01/07/16 and signed by **** ***** ********, which was the final, approved destination. Through no fault of Woodbury Outfitters was this package delayed. It was shipped the next day after purchase. Package was delayed due to the federal holiday and issues with attempts to deliver at the distination address.
