    Regional management has not supported this community in several ways, and we pay a lot to live here with few and outdated amenities.1. The gates malfunction multiple times weekly, my car was stolen here in February, and the cheap security cameras supposedly had not had a SIM card plan properly paid therefore was absolutely no help in recording things. Also, the cameras supposedly do not work when it's rainy or cloudy, and the community deserves better considering we have no courtesy officer unlike the apartments across the street, and also since crime as well as domestic violence events have occurred here more than once,2. The dome lights at night are 50% out. I've mentioned it for months and continue to hear that "we are waiting on bulbs and wiring" which should not be that difficult 3. There is a computer in the management office that tenants are supposed to be able to use to print documents, but we are not being allowed to do so because it is "slow" and there's hardly anyone in the office ever available for us to try and access it. Most places don't require the manager onsite for residents to use a business center, and we deserve better than one slow computer we never can seem to use.

    My husband & I were looking for the shortest lease we could find. We happened to find Aspen Square & their apartment location is called River Bluff of Lexington in South Carolina. At first the process was smooth & first view everything looked great. The DAY we moved in we saw cockroaches on the steps going up and by our front door. Then as days passed we realized they had a bad pest problem. Because of this they send out pest control every month. We were not aware though that they would only knock 2x & barge in at 8am. The front office would send out notices but a handful of times not on time. Also there is no bolt lock. These people can come in whenever they want. They had the key.
    I never allowed pest control in our apartment 1. because I am a woman & these are men coming in. I was home alone every time. and 2nd. I have a dog & there are severe consequences to their health. Unfortunately my dog did escape it. The vents from apartments above & below allowed the chemicals to travel & my dog got violently sick. Vomiting blood & stool full of blood. This cost over 3k in medical bill. When I mentioned it to Jordan G**** she got defensive & defended herself & employees. She did not care.
    Another complaint was that when our lease was ending we took it as...we need to move out before it ends..NO they require 30 days end of lease notice or else they charge you another month. Makes no sense when we signed for a 7 month lease only. They charged us for an additional month. Throughout this time my dog kept getting sick in the apartment so we had to move into our in laws at end JAN 2022 until end of lease March 2022. We still had to pay AND THEY OVERCHARGED us ($95) for sewer & water out of our initial $200 deposit. They also charged us $40 in move out fees even though we left the place BETTER than the first day. JORDAN G**** has never returned my calls, instead they ignore it. I am waiting to speak to a lawyer. There is more i cannot fit here, but AVOID THIS PLACE. HORRIBLE.
