            I found this business on yelp while looking for air conditioner repair. UI sent them a message, and they replied to set up a phone consultation. Shortly after, they sent a message saying that unless I'm buying oil from them, they won't help me. Nothing in the house I live in burns oil. I just wanted my a/c fixed during a heat wave.If I ever find myself needing fuel oil, I WON'T be calling this place. It's like a mechanic refusing to fix your car unless you buy all your parts only from him.

            I'm sorry, but you yelp messaged us during a heat wave when all of our technicians were busy. We were prioritizing current customers. At no time did we say we wouldn't work on your system because you didn't buy oil. What we told you is that we usually do ac work for our oil customers and that they are a priority. We even offered to connect you with someone else who could help. But as for the oil part, it kind of is in our company name. All AC companies were busy, you told me yourself that all of the companies with decent yelp ratings either can't help you or won't help you. Even though we never did anything for you, other than respond to your yelp message, you have given us negative reviews on Yelp, Google, and now here. I hope you get some satisfaction from knowing that your negative reviews do hurt us, but I am sorry that we ever even replied to your initial yelp request at all. I wish that you had never reached out to us.
