              I have been a loyal customer of MAPFRE for nearly five years now, however, MAPFRE has failed to pay three vandalism claims. Not only that, I was informed by MAPFRE that Louie C, the Agent, never communicated with MAPFRE about the vandalism. When I filed the claims myself and followed up - I was given a very off-handed and condescending treatment. The three claims that are still under review include the following:1. Claim: ****** 2.Claim: ****** 3. Claim: ********** Not only that one of the Vandalism claims, reported for April 8, 2022 is being considered as a "Hit and Run" instead of "Vandalism" because it offers a chance to MAPFRE to deduct higher deductible. The Gentleman from MAPFRE who is handling that Claim is Bradley C. To the extent, when I try reaching the MAPFRE team for the above mentioned claims - Bradley C tried manipulating that though they settled the claim as "Hit and Run" with the bodyshop - he could charge me separately for each damage - instead of claiming it as one comprehensive incident. I fail to understand why I am not being reimbursed, where there is so much delay and why is Bradley C manipulating the Claim that has been already paid for and why was no Police Report follow-up done.

              I have had the worst experience with this company. While I was a policy holder, I never had any late payments, nor did I ever have any accidents. I moved to a new state that the company did not cover. No big deal so I thought. I terminated my policy and went on with my life. Come to find out they have sill been billing me for the last 2 years. I have tried terminating this same policy 3 times now. They have continuously given me the run around. At this point I am going to get a lawyer to expedite this process of getting my refund.

              I have been with Mapfre for 22 years. nebver put in a claim . no tickets on my driving record. I was a step 99. I backed into a parked car. no one in it mind you. exchanged info. The other party put in a claim for $2,200 in damage. Mapfre dropped my step rating 96 points, and raised my rates 100 percent. My opinion is they conduct poor buisiness practice.They really don't deserve a star. Also I needed a windsheild replace from a stone hitting while driving and they put it in as accident.

              (Mapfre insurance) The way I was treated throughout the process of 12/21/23 until 2/6/24, the insurance company didn't fix my car was vandalism, and I was discriminated they didnt fix my car but every month I pay my insurance company faithfully this is not right. Do you think that I vandalized my car? I have option one I shouldve paid for the car that is not right for me as one of the clients and I took my car back and didnt fix it they sent me some c*** that it was putting in my house when it was vandalized, and when I come when they send me a letter back, they said oh it was in a parking lot it was hit from my carriage like the from the grocery store. A lot of stuff that didnt make sense and Im not too happy. I want my car fixed and thats why Im coming to you guys BBB to see what you could help me with trying to get this car fixed thats not right they cant take advantage of every client and every customer as the years and Ive been with them a couple of years. They need fire theyre just that head the for the claim AU ********. She didn't contact one details etc!

              Canceled my policy over two weeks ago due to finding a better rate elsewhere. However, they still withdrew funds from my checking. When I called and asked about a refund they said it would take 5 days. Its day 9 and still waiting... Very Frustrating.

              Mapfre over charges they told me they couldn't remove my daughter from our car ins as a daily driver because she lived with us and charged us over $150 a month extra then if you get in a car accident thats not your fault it takes over a month to get a check all while not giving you a rental to get around if I could rate them less than 1 star I would

              Mapfre has been horrible. After my car accident they came up with an estimate $10,000 less than the garage estimated. Mapfre wanted to source parts from a specific junk yard in ******** (over 2,000 miles away) That doesn't raise any red flags...? The parts were used, welded together and some were not even for my model of vehicle. Clearly they do this to low ball a price for repairs and say that is all they will pay. They say they will return your vehicle to a pre loss condition but they reserve the right to say what that is. Used, non-guaranteed and non-matching parts apparently fits their criteria.Avoid this company at all costs!

              I expected the worst from MAPFRE based on the recent reviews. But they declared my car dead and promptly paid me more than I could have expected. My only complaint: they could have done better at answering phone calls.

              I am disgusted with both MAPFRE and my agent, ********************. She is never available when I call and had not returned calls after leaving 4 messages over a 2 week span. It is impossible to get anyone else in the line who can help - after jumping through multiple hoops to speak with another agent, I was transferred back to Racine's queue after telling the representative I did NOT want to be transferred to her due to her complete lack of availability. Clearly this company is only in business to take money and not to fulfill their claims

              My family's experience with this insurance has been shocking since day one. Our neighbor is their client and he opened a claim due to water leaking into our condo from his bathroom. ***** from MAPFRE was assigned to this claim. She has been sitting on this claim since August and has done nada **** ****. She spent one month, since Nov 3rd, waiting to let her client know that a document he sent her was not legible. She claims that she works on a team. No one has been here to inspect the damage to this day (Dec 12). This company has clowns running their claims department in *************.
