            I'm limited on characters so I will try to just hit the main points. The contractor came out a few months back and paved our driveway and in the process of this backed into our porch with one of their machines. We realize it was an accident but he never fully fixed the damage. There were also a few other issues with the driveway that I wanted him to address and he refused to do it. They did fix a portion of the porch but they left half of it still damaged and added more damage. I have reached out to him many times and have an entire transcript that I can provide if needed. We currently still have a damaged porch that we are going to have to take care of now and we still have pooling at the top of our driveway when it rains which is not supposed to occur in a new driveway. The bottom of the driveway is very jagged on the edges and not smooth. He refused to address these and I have pictures below. I tried to provide resolutions but he would not comply nor respond to my most recent text.

            I have to share my experience with this company. I had asked that no water runs in off the street or into my garage. Both things happened after my new driveway. The owner blamed it on a dip in my road but cant a paving company accommodate for that? Now during rain storms a nice steady stream runs into my driveway, which is what I asked not to happen and he assured me it wouldnt. Decided to take him to court and provided video and picture evidence of the poor job. ** ******** ** *** ******** **** *** ***** ********** ** * **** *** * *** ********* *** ********* *** ******* *** I’ve talked with many people in the community who have had negative experiences with him and remarked on his temperament so not really sure how hes voted best in the Berkshires. Thanks Mike for not standing behind your work.
