            I had an issue with Long that I complained about and Scott B. addressed. Rather than being professional and courteous, I received the we are right, your wrong type of response. When I informed him I will be telling people how this business treated me and would be turning away people. I got another unprofessional email from Mr. B. I can clearly see that not only does the service department lie about repairs that are "needed" for your car. But clearly deal with people in a polite and courteous manner. I have screen shots of said conversation if needed by anyone. It will show the lack of professionalism and instead of him trying to calm the situation he did the exact opposite.

            Chris, As we have discussed on the same review left on another platform, we believe that your car, which is nearly 20 years old with over 200k miles, has some significant safety issues. These issues were pointed out to you under the car by a Senior Master Subaru tech and our shop foreman, also a Senior Master Subaru tech, with a combined 60 years of experience. We stand by our diagnosis and feel that we are obligated to point out all safety issues on all cars that we service and  will continue to do so, even when the news isn't what the customer wants to hear. While we realize some people may choose not to repair certain items, we believe this is part of service experience that most people expect. Best of luck with your search for a different service facility.
