Refund & Exchange Policy: 

Our goal is 100% customer satisfaction at Ozark Leather. As hard as we try, errors can occur. 
If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you can return the item within 5 business days of receipt for an exchange or full refund with accompanying receipt. Original shipping fees are refunded only if items returned are for defective products, products that were not described accurately, or incorrect orders. Note that we do not accept returns or exchanges on any special ordered merchandise. Any merchandise returned that is not damaged or misshaped will be subject to a 20% restocking fee, or merchandise returned after 10 business days from the initial shipment. Replacements or refunds will be issued for defective or misshaped items. We do not accept returns on sale items. Normal wear and tear is not considered defective and credit will not be issued for these items. All items must be returned in new, unused, and re-saleable condition. We will inspect all items prior to credit, exchange, or replacement. Any abused, altered, or used items will be rejected. Please have your customer number, order number, and stock number ready when requesting a return.  Ship the unused item, in its original packaging, with all the pieces and instruction manuals/tags to the address below. You are responsible for shipping the products back to us. Ozark recommends using a trackable shipping method for these returns. This protects you in the case the shipment is damaged or lost in transit. This will also allow you to easily track the return shipment as we cannot assume any responsibility for misdirected, damaged, or lost return shipments. Returns should be addressed to the shipping address below. Once Ozark Leather has processed the return, we will credit your account within 14 business days, which will show on your next statement, depending on the issuing bank and/or billing cycle.

Color variations on nylon and leather products change with different dye lots and seasons. Plus colors may appear different on different computer monitors and devices. If you need an exact color match for existing products you own, or may need specific colors for an event, we suggest you call us so we can aid your selection as much as possible. Manufacturer's also make slight changes in products from time to time to enhance performance safety; therefore, photos made change from time to time on our website. We do our best to stay up to date but these variations sometimes occur.

Merchandise should be inspected carefully for potential damage during transit. Ozark Leather Company is not responsible for products damaged during shipping. It is the sole responsibility of the receiving party to fully inspect the product at the time of delivery for any potential damage. Please remove all protective wrappings carefully to ensure you have fully inspected all parts of the item. If anything is damaged in your order, please save the box/envelope as well as all packing materials. Notify us immediately so we can instruct you on the proper handling of the damaged merchandise. This will ensure the most efficient means for replacing the item. Do not refuse the product.  Refusing the product by the customer for any reason does not recuse the customer of re-deliver or return shipping costs.

Merchandise returned "used" with dirt and/or horse hair or pet hair will be denied and resent back to you at your expense. We recommend placing a large towel or sheet over your horse, goat, sheep, or pet when first using or trying your product. When returning a saddle, be sure to pack the saddle upside down in the box with the cantle and horn protected with padding. Stirrups should be wrapped and nested inside the saddle.

Open perishable items such as pet medications, pet treats/food, horse treats/snacks, grooming products, veterinary kits, leather cleaning goods, insect repellents, and all other stable supplies cannot be returned once opened.
